H.R. 4202, the "Re-Entry Enhancement Act," would provide demonstration grants to States and local areas to begin to address need for drug addiction and mental health treatment, job training and education opportunities, and housing for individuals when they return to community after incarceration… would also provide resources for formation of task force on federal programs and activities relating to reentry of individuals to the community and for research on reentry issues, including impact of incarceration on families.…awaiting review in several House committees.
