Labor Day weekend marks the end of a season--and the beginning of a huge demolition derby. The 3-day swan song of summer is second only to July 4 in total fender benders occurring during a U.S. holiday, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, The reason? There are actually dozens, but here are the top 10 for men.

1. Driving too fast
2. Failing to stay in lane
3. Failing to yield
4. Talking or eating while driving
5. Suddenly speeding up or slowing down
6. Running a red light or stop sign
7. Driving while drowsy
8. Driving on the wrong side of the road
9. Making an illegal turn
10. Tailgating
