Fun Web site for girls

Juliette Brindak, now 17, likes to doodle when she's bored. During a family vacation back when she was ten, she sketched five characters she calls cool girls, modeled after her younger sister and her sister's friends. These characters have since evolved into MissOandFriends.com, a Web site for tweens that has received more than 250 million hits.

Aimed at girls ages eight to 12, the site includes games, contests, and info about the characters. Look for a book of short stories--written by visitors to the site--to come out in June; girls can still submit their fiction for publication in later volumes.
