KEY WORKER: I am a post-reg learning disability nurse undertaking the modified BSc (Hons) child branch nursing. My dissertation is on developing key worker practice roles for children with special needs. To support my dissertation I need to complete practice hours. Are there any key workers out there willing to spend some time with me? I live in Buckingham, but am willing to travel up to 45 minutes away.

NAPPY RASH: I am a junior sister on a busy cardiac ward. I want to introduce some guidelines on the treatment of nappy rash and was wondering if anyone has such guidelines for their units.

COMMUNITY DRUG RECORD CARDS: We are a group of children community nurses updating documentation used in the community. We are looking at drug record cards and how long they should be used before re-prescribing, any information would be appreciated.

DISCHARGE PLANNING: We are children's community nurses and are reviewing our discharge planning policy from the acute to the community setting. If you have gone through, or are going through, this process we would value your advice and the benefit of your experience.

FAMILY CENTRED CARE: I am a paediatric nurse carrying out a project comparing family-centred care and negotiation for children undergoing day-case surgery to that for children with complex medical needs at home. If anyone has any information or resources on any of these topics, from the hospital or community setting I would be glad to hear from you.
