Slovak ServiceThe new Slovak product provides access to financial news and in-depth company and industry information directly from Slovak sources, in English and in the local language. With the addition of this product, the ISI Emerging Markets service now covers 28 emerging market economies. "As our clients continue to invest in the Slovak economy, the need for a separate stand-alone Slovak product became increasingly evident," said Marco A. Bosman, managing director for Central and Eastern Europe. "It was high on our priority list for some time and meets the demands of many of Internet Securities' existing and prospective clients, both domestically and internationally." The Slovak service was officially launched on September 1, following lengthy internal development and testing. In addition, the company says its institutional clients and multinational corporate customers played a key role in defining the product. ISI Emerging Markets provides hard-to-get information about emerging market economies including financial, economic, and political news and information, and transmits that data through an Internet distribution model. Full-text news articles, financial statements, industry analyses, equity quotes, macroeconomic statistics, and market-specific information, which are derived directly from local information providers, appear both in English and in the local language. The subscription-based service enables users to access a comprehensive range of information obtained from more than 900 leading sources located throughout Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The fast-growing service combines an intuitive interface and powerful search capabilities with in-depth, timely, and comprehensive coverage, according to Internet Securities.
