An attractive stock farm with a Grade II listed house in the North Yorks National Park is set to go under the hammer at 12.30pm in The Grapes, Scaling, with agent Smiths Gore on 12 May. Scaling Farm at Scaling, near Loftus, Saltburn by the Sea, has been split into two lots. Lot one, guided at £400,000, includes the five-bed house, which is in need of significant restoration, and 57 acres. Almost 40 acres of mainly pastureland is priced at £85,000. * Other May auctions include Promised Land Farm at Crank, St Helens, Merseyside.
