McDonald's offers patrons a human touch at drive-up.Navigation: Main page Author: Unknown Section: NEWS
Colorado Springs, Colo. -- Patrons of Colorado Springs' newest McDonald's restaurant, which opened recently, are finding a more human touch waiting for them at the drive-up window. Restaurant owner Steve Bigari has dispensed with the loud speaker, and drive-up customers now talk face to face with a McDonald's employee at one window to place an order and then drive on to another window to pick up the order. Bigari's new McDonald's will feature four drive-up windows. He said the innovation will speed service, make customers happier and cut down noise in the residential area. in the Fair Use guidelines of the 1976 U.S. Copyright Act. info [at] singlearticles.com Powered by CommonSense |
