Call the arenas at your local community colleges and pro sports stadiums to find out if your dance group can work the concession stand during games. Most arenas have a program set up for nonprofit groups to fundraise; they provide the refreshments and you volunteer your services in exchange for a share of the profits. JULY EBAY-A-THONTake garage sales to the next level with an eBay fundraiser. Collect items donated by family and friends of each member of your studio. Assign a group of volunteers to photograph and store the items, and another group to handle online sales. (Younger dancers should ask for an adult's help when using eBay.) Start and end all auctions on the same day and assign a third group to mail items to the winning bidders. (Include the cost of shipping in your listed price.)
