CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND--Pulse Data International has developed BrailleNote, a notebook computer featuring word processing capabilities, a personal organizer, and e-mail software for blind people. The notebook computer allows data to be keyed in and read using the Braille system of embossed dots. The computer will be sold internationally with Europe as the initial market, the company said.
