AMS Health Sciences Inc. is seeking a new chief financial officer after Reggie Cook resigned citing family and personal reasons.

Robin Jacob will act as interim CFO until a replacement is named. Jacob, a certified public accountant, has been the AMS controller for four years.

"We would like to thank Reggie for his years of service to the company, and for the many contributions he has made," John Hail, CEO of the seller of natural nutritional supplements, weight management products and natural skincare products.

Oklahoma City-based AMS also announced the resignation of Harland Stonecipher, founder of Pre-Paid Legal Services in Ada, from the AMS board of directors for family and personal reasons.
