• Anthony C. Ferruccio has joined the Atlanta office of ARCADIS, an international consulting and engineering firm based in Highlands Ranch, Colo., as senior vice president of project and construction management services for the southeast region. He most recently served as senior vice president of design-build and construction operations for Washington Group International Inc.
• The Facility Group, a consulting, design, engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Smyrna, Ga., has appointed Grant G. McCullagh as CEO. Prior to joining the group, he served as chairman and CEO of Global Integrated Business Solutions Inc., Chicago. McCullagh also worked for AECOM. While there, he served as vice chairman. Robert Moultrie continues as chairman of The Facility Group and Nick Cawood as president and chief operating officer.
• William R. Long has joined A&E Construction Inc., Upper Darby, Pa., as vice president. Previously, he was a vice president in the Blue Bell, Pa., office of Skanska USA Building.
• Clayco, a full-service real estate development, design and construction firm, headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., has named Gregory A. Beck as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will work directly with Mike Murphy on transitioning into his new role. Murphy, who is retiring from that position, has led Clayco's business operations since 1991. Beck comes to Clayco from HBE Corp., where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
• Boston-based Payton Construction Corp., a full service builder and construction manager, has rehired Andy Burns as executive vice president of operations. Prior to returning to the firm, he was executive vice president-chief operating officer at Barr & Barr. Before that he worked for Payton Construction Corp., as a project executive.
• Lance K. Wilhelm has been named senior vice president and Hawaii-area manager at Kiewit Building Group, a general contractor/construction management firm in Honolulu. He will be responsible for all business operations within Hawaii. Wilhelm had been a project sponsor in the Honolulu office, where he oversaw business development and project proposals.
• Wilbur Smith Associates, a consulting firm, specializing in transportation, infrastructure and community development planning, engineering and economics, has hired Adrian B. Share as senior vice president and regional manager of its Florida and Caribbean region. Prior to joining WSA, he was the Florida manager for HNTB and most recently the chief operating officer of Nodarse & Associates. Also, John M. Hansen III joins the firm as vice president and associate-in-charge of the Orlando office. He will have divisional responsibility for the transportation and structural design practices in Florida and the Caribbean, and will serve as the structures practice leader. Formerly, he was an associated vice president and director of operations with HNTB's bridge design practice in Florida.
• Bovis Lend Lease, New York City, part of the Lend Lease Group, a global real estate services business, has appointed Michael E. Miller to the newly created position of senior vice president and principal-in-charge of its newly reopened Las Vegas office. Miller comes from Marnell Corrao Associates, a Las Vegas design-build general contractor, where he was an executive vice president. Bovis Lend Lease provides a full range of construction services.
• Thomas McNulty has joined environmental consultant Metcalf & Eddy Inc., as vice president. He will be based in Maryland and will serve as the firm's business unit leader in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., area. He previously served as director of environmental and international programs for the American Council of Engineering Companies. Metcalf & Eddy, an AECOM company, is headquartered in Wakefield, Mass.
