Rep. Katherine Harris is widely viewed as a GOP heavyweight in her challenge to Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Fla. But that perception has not yet translated into campaign contributions. From June 7 to June 30, Harris's campaign committee received $13,000. "We are really just transitioning from congressional to senatorial," said a campaign spokesman. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., led the pack in second-quarter fundraising, bringing in $6 million. And two heavily targeted incumbents--Sens.
