The St. Louis chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® recently honored veteran members who have served SIOR for more than 30 years. The chapter acknowledged seven members at the Distinguished Veteran Awards, held Oct. 20, at the Chase Park Plaza. In order of longest service, the honorees included Theodore R. P. Martin, SIOR, retired from Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (1959); Gregory J. Nooney Jr., SIOR, Coldwell Banker Commercial CRA L.L.C. (1962); Clarence M. Turley Jr., SIOR, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (1963); J. Ben Miller, SIOR, retired from Benjamin Financial Services (1965); Daniel F. Sheehan Jr., SIOR, Dolan Realtors (1971); Peter B. Krombach, SIOR, Grubb & Ellis|Krombach Partners (1973); and Floyd L. Sweeney, SIOR, NAI DESCO Commercial (1974). "Each of these men has served our organization for more than 30 years - and four of them for at least 40 years," said Robert J. Staniforth, SIOR, St. Louis chapter president and a vice president with Grubb & Ellis|Krombach Partners, in a news announcement. "These awards are a way for us to express our appreciation to them for their contributions to SIOR and the St. Louis commercial real estate industry."
