Before George Ross became famous as one of Donald Trump's boardroom sidekicks on the reality TV show The Apprentice, he helped the Donald structure some of his most successful land deals. Now, Ross is cashing in on his new fame by releasing a book showing neophyte real estate investors how to be just like Trump. The book, Trump Strategies for Real Estate, may lack the backbiting appeal of The Apprentice, but it does distil some useful real estate lessons into nuggets like: "Don't buy without a creative vision for adding significant value to a prospective property" or "Insist on negotiating directly with the decision maker, not a representative." Just what the world needs: more Donald Trump.
