What will people do with their 401(k) when they leave their jobs? Market research firm Brightwork Partners surveyed 3,712 retirees or job changers with at least $5,000 in their retirement accounts to find out. Some 42% said they planned to roll over into an IRA, vs. 38% in 2001, when Brightwork last did a similar study.
